Andy Dick Arrested Again For Being Wasted In Public

Andy Dick is having another bad day.

He was just bailed out of a Temecula California jail for being under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a restaurant.

Bond was set at $500.

Just last year the Celebrity Rehab star was arrested after starting a fight in a Taco joint while drunk. Before that he was arrested in a West Virginia comedy club after grouping a bouncer’s crotch and was charged with two counts of sexual abuse.

Dick, who admits he is gay, has had a long battle with drug and alcohol addiction, and this seems to be just another notch in his downward spiral.

Was Paris Hilton Stiffed By The Hard Rock?

Getting Paris Hilton to make an appearance at a Vegas nightclub doesn't come cheap, Radar Online has learned. A lawsuit filed in Clark County District Court Thursday claims that the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Sin City didn't pay Paris her $100,000 per appearance fee for two of her three 2009 dates there.

Los Angeles attorney Joseph Shapiro filed the suit, saying he has been assigned the $200,000 claim by Hilton, reports Las Vegas Inc.

What's most interesting about the case though is the detailing of the perks that came along with Hilton's $100,000 fee.

For each appearance, Paris and up to five members of her entourage were flown from Los Angeles to Vegas in a private jet, Gulfstream 4 or comparable! They were taken by limo from the airport to the Hard Rock where Paris was put up in a suite and her five guests were each given standard rooms.

Paris was also entitled to dinner for 10 at Nobu on Friday night and at one of the Hard Rock's other restaurants on Saturday night.

For her appearance at Rehab, the hotel's poolside club, Paris was entitled to the use of an "owner's cabana," including food and drinks.

Security plus hair and make-up was also provided.

Nice work if you can get it...and get paid.

Golden Voice Ted Williams – Going to Rehab

Well, maybe we all jumped the gun on this one.

We really wanted Ted to jam on the job offers and chance to set things right.

But it looks like the dream may be allusive for golden voice, ex-homeless man, Ted Williams discovered last week.

It was announced today by TMZ that Williams will check himself into rehab for drugs and alcohol, and it looks like Dr. Phil had something to do with it…

Dr. Phil had Ted and his children on his show Wednesday and things grew a bit emotional. Police were later called to a hotel after Williams hit one of his daughters, grabbed and pushed her, and admitted crack was his drug of choice.

It later became clear that after telling everybody he had been clean and sober for two years…. that he had been drinking every day since he was discovered on YouTube.

Police later released Williams. It is unclear exactly when or where Williams will enter rehab.

David Arquette Checks into Rehab for the New Year

After David Arquette’s drunken meltdown over humanity last week, he has decided to check himself into alcohol rehab in L.A.

After partying hard on New Year’s Eve, Arquette decided to check himself in saying, it's "the right thing to do for the family."

Friends say the actor is still reeling from his separation from Courtney Cox-Arquette last year.

While denying the rehab is for drugs, we suspect there are enough demons in there to last for a while.

Charlie Sheen Enters Rehab

Just when you thought the Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller situation could not get any worse…. It just did.

TMZ is reporting that Sheen did not show up on the set of "Two And A Half Men" yesterday, and that when he showed up for work on Tuesday the production staff was told Sheen was entering rehab.

This could just be a ploy to keep the courts on his side, as part of his probation is not to consume any alcohol or drugs. Uncle Charlies rep says the rehab is "for precautionary measures".

The issue is that if he drinks he may have his bail revoked sending him to jail. That would definitely put a crimp in his sitcoms taping.

We are not sure how the production schedule will need to be altered, but when contracts are signed they are usually for a certain number of shows by a certain date.

Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller, was forced to leave a Malibu rehab center last week due to a leak of personal admissions information. Mueller's camp has said they are preparing a lawsuit against the facility and that Brooke has since checked into a more "secure" program.

Hollywood life sure seems complicated sometimes.

David Duchovny Admitted To Rehab For Addiction To Sex

Wow, here is one you don't hear everyday in Hollywood.

We're all familiar with the constant stream of celebrities entering rehab for alcohol, drugs, and who knows what, but "X Files" star David Duchovny has checked himself in for an addiction to sex. Really?

The story was first reported by People Magazine on their website.

In a prepared statement released Thursday by his lawyer, Stanton Stein, Duchovny said he entered the rehabilitation center on his own, saying:

"I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

Duchovny, 48, currently portrays the sex-obsessed character Hank Moody in the Showtime series "Californication", whose second season starts September 28. This must truly be a situation of life imitating art, or a huge publicity stunt.

Duchovny recently appeared in the film "The X Files: I Want to Believe" in July, starring alongside Gillian Anderson. He has been married to actress Tea Leoni since 1997, and the couple has two children, daughter Madelaine West, 9, and son Kyd who is 6.

Duchovny does have an untitled television project in the works for later this year starring with A.J. Holyfield, where he plays a faculty member at a junior high school with an over-achieving student who turns his school's A.V. Club into a hard-hitting news show.
