I honestly believe he's the most irresponsible broadcaster in the country. Does he ever have to answer for saying things like this? No, he doesn't. He's his own boss and the only way he can be disciplined is by individual stations getting rid of his show. With big ratings, no one will ever do that.
As a result, you have a man telling his audience of millions in all seriousness that the media is making up a potential nuclear disaster in Japan simply because they engage in "wanton spreading of fear."
He obviously doesn't possess the irony gene.
