Cumulus

It sounds like Cumulus is taking over with knife in hand. From this morning's Tom Taylor column at Radio-info.com...

"Synergies will be “front-loaded.” (Cumulus CEO Lew) Dickey expects “the vast majority of it will occur in the first six months”, as Cumulus converts the current Citadel stations to its own proprietary platforms for all kinds of things – sales, traffic, logs, scheduling."

That's not the air staff yet, it's the behind the scenes people, but anybody who works at a radio station knows how important those people are to station morale. And by the way, I just want to say this. I really really hate the word "synergies."
